It’s now the 14th of February 2000.You now, in 5 month I would have celebrated my 68th birthday…. I was born in Germany on the 13th of July 1932 in the little town Erwitte near Lippstadt. My Grandma considered me like a gift of God. On the 4th of January 1939 after the “Kristallnacht” my parents sent me to Holland: I was only 6½ years old. Via Bergen aan Zee and Amsterdam I arrived in Eindhoven the 28th July 1939. There I stayed till the 2nd of July 1941. Then I had to move again as they sent me to Tilburg. |
